Biography

I’m basically your typical 18 year old girl that has issues with social anxiety. I’m quite introverted, but I am extremely talkative and friendly once I feel comfortable around someone. I’m not a very outgoing person, but once I find something I like I’m extremely dedicated to it. Like most people my age, I’ve grown to dislike school (even though I’m almost done now) and absolutely adore procrastinating on schoolwork. I should really…work on not doing that.

I have a short temper and am quite prone to snapping at people when irritated. I can normally keep my cool, but when I get frustrated with someone my irritation begins to show. Being mad/angry at someone is my most hated feeling because of this. I always seem to say things I don’t mean (and sometimes they’re really hurtful!) when I’m angry. I always feel guilty later if I snap at someone. I really hate that feeling.

Music is life! I love, love, love music. I’ll listen to just about anything genre wise, but language wise my iPod is dominated by japanese and korean artists. I honestly couldn’t even tell you what artists are popular in the states anymore. So long as something is catchy and/or has good vocals (by that I mean not tone deaf and free of in-your-face vibratos) and a good sound, chances are I’ll like it. The genres I listen to most are pop, rock, r&b, and electronic (mostly trance, techno, and eurobeat).

I absolutely adore idol groups. A sizeable portion of what I listen to consists of idol groups. I tend to listen to them quite a bit too, so it’s totally not a guilty pleasure of mine. That said, someone could look at what I listen to most and say I have no taste whatsoever when it comes to music. I’ve actually been told I have horrible taste because of this, but you know what? I don’t care. An idol is not a musican; they’re an entertainer. I don’t care if their music is the best or not. It’s the enjoyment factor that matters.

Aside from my strong love for music, I have a strong love for dramas as well. I mostly watch Japanese dramas as Korean dramas tend to be way too angsty for my taste. I used to adore anime, but as I grew I found myself liking dramas more. I don’t really stick to a specific type of drama as I’ll watch anything with a good plot. I do tend to stay away from human drama series after 1 Litre of Tears though.

Other than what I’ve already stated, my hobbies include graphic/web design (obviously), reading, and lazing around playing video games. The only mmo I currently play is Mabinogi. I’m much more of a console gamer than a computer gamer.
